I cover Gloucestershire, and some parts of Bristol, Oxford and Wiltshire & also offer virtual support.

Often time is spent preparing you & baby for birth & postpartum can be expected to take care of itself! Unfortunately it doesn't & so taking time to consider & plan how you can be nurtured so you can care for your baby is vital in postnatal care.

Closing the Bones

A traditional Mexican ceremony for the postnatal period from 10 days to 30+ years. This sacred ritual is an important holding for Mothers of baby loss & Mothers of baby's earthside, it provides a calm & safe space to come back to the body after stepping through the portal of motherhood.
