Postnatal Support

​Often time is spent preparing you and baby for birth and postpartum can be expected to take care of itself! Unfortunately it doesn't and so taking time to consider and plan how you can be nurtured so you can care for your baby is vital in postnatal care. 
 

​Services I offer:

• space to reflect and process your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum.

• meal packages

• support with caring for baby, including feeding.

• massage and wrapping

• light household tasks

Fees:​
£45.00 per hour
£10.00 per meal package
Mileage added for travel over 15 miles one way at 45.p per mile
